CODE OF CONDUCT
The Richmond Football Club agrees to and signs the following form each season.
Policies:
- Member Clubs accept responsibility for the actions of its members.
- Member Clubs ensure its members and associated persons (players, coaches, team managers, administrators, parents/guardians) refrain from any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, and victimisation towards others, including but not limited to officials/referees, own team and opposition players, coaches, spectators. Similarly officials/referees will abide by the code of conduct.
- Member Clubs will ensure that its members respect the rights, dignity and worth of others.
- Member Clubs will be aware of, and maintain an uncompromising adhesion to, standards, rules, regulations and policies.
- Member Clubs understand and operate within the Constitution and playing regulations of Mainland Soccer.
- Member clubs will not provide comment to any media on behalf of Mainland Soccer
- Member Clubs understand the possible consequences of breaching the Mainland Soccer Code of Conduct.
- Member Clubs will ensure that the actions of its members promote the interests and uphold the integrity and positive image of the sport of Football across the Mainland Federation.
- Member Clubs will provide a safe playing and social environment for the conduct of Mainland Soccer activity.
- Member Clubs or its members will not act in any way that may bring disrepute or disgrace to Mainland Soccer, other member clubs, Mainland Soccer stakeholders and/or its sponsors or commercial partners.
Mainland Football and Nelson Bays Football expects all Clubs to understand the possible consequences of breaches and will ensure that its own members abide by the Code of Conduct which sets out to uphold the principles and values of Mainland Football.
